- Apollo Marine was established in 1999 in Sri Lanka.
- Our main activities are processing and exporting fresh and frozen fish, prawns and cuttlefish.
- Our transport, reception, processing and dispatch areas are all refrigerated.
- We can tailor the product to the client’s specification in terms of cut, grade, packaging and barcoding for example.
- We have a global customer base which includes the UK, Europe, Japan, USA and China.
- We process and export fish on a daily basis.
- Our factory is operational 21 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
- We have a fully-electronic bespoke traceability system from vessel to customer.
- On-site laboratory for histamine, mercury and microbiological testing.

Athena Aquaculture
- Athena Aquaculture was established in 2004 in Sri Lanka.
- It is the largest aquaculture farm in Sri Lanka for the cultivation of Black Tiger Prawns (Penaeus monodon).
- Our farm consists of 51 ponds and covers about 162 acres with a harvest of about 2,000 - 4,000kgs per pond.
- We also harvest from other aquaculture farms in Sri Lanka and provide an end-to-end process in terms of harvesting, transportation, processing and packing in our dedicated factory.
Apollo Feed Mill
- As part of our sustainable cleaner technologies program fish by-products are converted into fish meal. The plant is capable of producing 10 tonnes per day of sustainable fish meal and fish oil with a protein value of between 32% to 50%.
